The disciplines Jeff brought organized and improved Roadie QA practices, diversified types of testing, simplified test case creation, developed reusable test artifacts, and implemented new test tools both manual and automated.

Jeff Persson established QA processes and disciplines at Roadie which proved to be exemplary. QA compliance and due diligence audits were very favorable, proceeded with little to no release disruption, and were smoothly conducted confidentially exceeding regulatory requirements, enabling Roadie to achieve a premium acquisition value.

Strategic test development of unit, functional, integration, and performance tests provided excellent code coverage. Automated test integration with build/deploy system enabled many commits to automatically deploy to production without introducing defects. The defect escape rate for each release was measured

Jeff specialized in full stack performance testing with extra emphasis on backend services, data science systems, AI systems, and infrastructure testing.
